How does his request differ from the typical advice a father would give his son?<\/li><li>What does heeding Solomon&#8217;s instructions provide according to these verses?<\/li><li>What does it mean to make wisdom as your family or kin?<\/li><li>Again, Solomon is warning against following after the strange woman. What does this mean to you?<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Verses 6-23<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Describe the young man that Solomon sees out his window. What do you see in him?<\/li><li>How did he come upon the woman? Did he avoid going near temptation as Solomon adviced in Prov 5:8?<\/li><li>What time of the day was it? What does this say about the timing and the condition of sin and tempation?<\/li><li>How does the woman met him? How does he meet the woman? Who approaches whom? How does this describe sin and temptation in our lives?<\/li><li>What does the woman have for him?<\/li><li>How does she describe her bed? What does this tell you about sin and temptation? She seems to have thought this through, hasn&#8217;t she.<\/li><li>Why does she say that the master of the house is gone for a long while? How does this make the sin easier?<\/li><li>Is it hard for the young man to accept? Does he think about the implications of his decision?<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Verses 24-27<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Again, Solomon asks that the young man listen. What does this say about Solomon&#8217;s understanding of youth and of men?<\/li><li>Solomon describes two aspects of sin. First he describes temptation. How does he describe temptation? How does he describe sin?<\/li><li>What does Solomon describe as the truth about her house? Compare that with the description of the woman in verses 14-19.<\/li><li>Review the path that the young man took in this proverb and compare it with similar paths you have taken in your life?
